FRAÇÃO emerges as a representation of the random and frenetic release of luminous energy in the ignition of matter.
The installation presents a generative composition made up of flashes from LED lights, controlled by electromechanical relays, and the amplification and modulation of sound from the click’s characteristic of electromechanical relays and the current that passes through these, delineating the Möbius strip, the figurative translation of infinite continuity.
Prior to the construction of the installation, 3D models of the piece were made to better understand the technical aspects of the supports and structure, also providing valuable information as to what the visual outcome of the installation would be.
The installation captures the essence of playfulness by simulating the unpredictable and dynamic nature of light and sound.
