Traffic Light Circus—Circo Semáforo aims to transform the pose recognition mechanism into an engaging experience for circus performers.
This project begins with a basic p5.js example from Daniel Shiffman's Coding Train ml5 / pose detection examples, subsequently evolving through experiments with various physics libraries.
-
By leveraging p5.js and ml5's pose detection examples and experimenting with various physics libraries, the project transforms pose recognition into a playful interaction that appeals to circus performers and audiences alike.

Incorporating typography into the mix paved the way for what could eventually become a generator of circus posters for street performers.
Traffic Light Circus—Circo Semáforo represents a unique blend of permanence and ephemera, embodying a festival of performances that occur daily in the urban landscape.
